We came across this butter powder at the store. It’s even made from real butter! So we had to try it out and figure out how well it can replace real butter in every situation. I tested it in cookies, spread on toast, in honey butter, and even frying an egg. Let’s see how it holds up!

I gotta say, I’m curious about buying it myself. I saw some for sale and all I could think of was “how on earth do you dehydrate butter for a powder”. I still can’t figure that out.
