We recently picked a bunch of blackberries with the kids and put them to great use. We made Jam and Jelly. In this video, I’ll show you how I make blackberry jelly that my kids love! I hope you enjoy it! Here’s a complete list of all of the equipment and ingredients you’ll need to make this Jelly. Most of this stuff will get used for a lot of things if you plan to do canning!

- 8-qt or larger pot with a lid for cooking jelly
- Mixing Spoon or Heat-Resistant Spatula

- Ladle*

- Magnetic Lid Lifter*

Ingredients
- 1 package of low-sugar SURE JELL pectin (link to Amazon)
- 3 cups of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of butter or margarine
- 12 cups of blackberries (4 1/2 cups of blackberry juice)
