Making Jelly from berries isn’t that hard, but it does require several things that are pretty common in canning, but that you otherwise might not have.   • 1 package of low-sugar SURE JELL pectin (link to Amazon)

  • 3 cups of sugar

  • 1/2 tsp of butter or margarine

  • 12 cups of blackberries (4 1/2 cups of blackberry juice)
